I was pretty stoked on what seemed to be the opening of this flick. Adam Dyet is showing his passion and dedication to skating by shoveling snow off a concrete park and then ripping it. Then the Darkstar logo appears and it becomes obvious that I'm watching an ad. Damn! I'm now treated to 3 more ads before the menu screen appears and I can watch Digital Skateboarding's Imagine.

I know it sounds like I'm bitching a lot, but I wasn't expecting this format. Evidently some of this flick was paid for via sponsorship. The ultimate example of this is the Kr3w print ad that adorns the back of the DVD box. Fortunately Imagine is an awesome video which more than makes up for the commercials at the outset - yes, I'm done complaining about that... for the time being.

Everyone puts in kick-ass parts for this flick. You should put down that ham sandwich and go buy a copy for yourself. Then you'll have something incredible to watch while you enjoy your sandwich. If you're not eating, then you have no excuses for not hitting your local shop and demanding Imagine. If you were eating you might ask the shop if they have any turkey cuz ham makes for a pretty boring sandwich. At any rate, don't leave the shop without Digital Skateboarding's Imagine.

Bonus Stuff

4 commercials for various skate products. Some are pretty cool, but this isn't what most people would consider bonus material. Maybe the disc should have had a menu selection for "stuff you'll never watch". The only problem is that these 4 commercials auto-run at the beginning of the disc. So imagine my surprise at finding the same thing under the bonus menu! Ugh!
