Originally released in 1999, Nervous Breakdown is part of Foundation's DVD box set, Testament, which consists of their first 16 videos.

Nervous breakdown opens with a series of slams set to the equally slamming track by Black Flag of the same name. Conveniently, royalties from sk8 vids weren't as big a deal as they are now... or at least bands were less likely to sue.

Omar's part killed. It's a shame he disappeared for a while, but he's back in a big way these days. DaSilva ripped and has a good long part. Nervous Breakdown ends with Brad Staba and you know what? This is a damn good video and I encourage you to go higglety pigglety down to your local skate shop and get a copy. This will entail buying Foundation's box set Testament, but it'll be worth it.

Ethan Fowler is the lone member of the team to have survived the test of time. Foundation went through several lineups in a few short years, but Fowler's skating has always carried through. Smooth style and savage rips tend to do that - hasn't worked for me, but that's a different (and sad) tale. Anyway... Ethan hails from Portland, OR and digs jamming on drums with friends.

Wow, this is starting to sound like a personal ad.

Snag a nice bulky copy of Testament and enjoy a drunken stupor as you watch hours of cool Foskco footy.
